Make, mix, serve and store dressings, sauces and marinades with the OXO Good Grips Salad Dressing Shaker. Carolyn Howell, Food Stylist and Le Creuset Specialist prepared a Romantic Dinner for Two.  She demonstrated Mussels with Cream Sauce, Wholesome Chicken Pot Pie and a Molten Cocolate Cake by using Le Creuset Mini-Cocottes.

The foods were so delicious and they were really easy to prepare using these cute Mini-Cocottes. I bought four sets of  them.

Chef and owner, Ninamarie's of Ooh La La Catering and Events demonstrated a fresh and fun way of her cooking styles to the crowd. She started with the dessert, chilled basil infused poached fruit, followed by eggplant capanata and gremolata goat cheese panini. For the main course, you can taste hanger steak, golden sage jerusalem artichokes and fennel herb salad, sea scallop and  arugula, raspberry and avocado salad. Glamour Water with ginger, cucumber and fresh mint refreshes you.

Executive Chef, John Piliouras from Nisi Restaurant demonstrated the authentic Greek food using classical techniques and the finest quality of ingredients. Attendees sampled Wild Shrimp baked with Tomato and Feta Cheese, Olive Oil Walnut Cake with Marmalade and Whipped Vanilla Yogurt.
